Dan Ross
Founder and President of Med-Vision, LLC.
With more than 20 years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry, Dan Ross has solved many problems for clients related to benefits design, optimization of benefit plans, and organizational strategies that save employers time and money. Dan’s Med-Vision role allows him to help employers organize, integrate and centralize data intelligence to build comprehensive measurements for health and financial outcomes. Med-Vision provides plan specific, actionable, health plan data utilizing predictive risk modeling, quality gap compliance, and corresponding wellness strategies. Dan’s career includes consulting for Hilb Rogal & Hobbs (HRH) and sales and management roles for CIGNA Group Insurance.
Dan is a graduate of Kentucky Military Institute and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators.

Connie Gee, MBA
Vice President Operations, Healthcare Data Analyst,
and Wellness Strategic Planner
Connie Gee provides strategic planning, implementation, healthcare data analytics, and evaluation of effective and efficient worksite wellness programs. Connie supports employers in data analysis, program design, launch of wellness initiatives, and vendor auditing. Connie has 20 years of experience in the wellness industry with 11 years of start-up and development of worksite wellness initiatives and health promotion programs at a major level one trauma hospital. Connie’s career also includes wellness administration for Johnson and Johnson Medical, Inc., and wellness consulting for a global insurance brokerage/consulting firm.
Connie has an MBA from the University of Tampa with a concentration in management and effective workforce utilization. She also has a certification in Human Resource Management and graduate level courses in Wellness Management from the University of South Florida. Throughout her wellness career, she was one of the first 90 certified wellcoaches, and she has been a preceptor for university exercise science students. Connie has served in numerous health and wellness organizations and has appeared in newspapers and on television as a presenter and educator. She is an appointee of the Florida Chamber Foundation Six Pillars Caucus for Quality of Life & Places, and a member of the Suncoast Healthcare Executives Association, National Society of Human Resource Management, and the American Association for Healthcare Human Resource Administration.

Luke Ewalt
Head of Business Development for Med-Vision, LLC.
Luke T. Ewalt joined Med-Vision in 2010 as the Head of Business Development. Luke works directly with Med-Vision’s clients to ensure the utmost satisfaction in service quality.
As the strategic planner for business development, Luke implements Med-Vision’s sales strategies. He oversees a team of Med-Vision sales associates spanning
the U.S.
Luke has a steady commitment to spreading awareness of
Med-Vision’s data-driven solutions, health plan risk management services, and customized wellness strategies to help employer
groups achieve optimal employee health and productivity.
Prior to joining Med-Vision, Luke led an exciting career planning and orchestrating corporate events for Global Events Partners, a destination management company.
In addition to his corporate experience, Luke’s career history includes nearly 10 years coaching college sports. He was a Director of Football Operations at Johns Hopkins University and served as an Assistant Director of Football Operations at Northeastern University. On the sidelines, he also coached at Maryville College and Jacksonville University.
Luke earned a Bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville University, and he is completing his Master’s coursework at Northeastern University.
Cynthia M. Cole
VP of Operations, Western US, for Med-Vision, LLC.
Cynthia M. Cole joined Med-Vision, LLC in 2010 as Vice President of Operations for the Western United States, bringing nearly three decades of corporate knowledge and labor union experience to Med-Vision’s clients.
Cynthia began her career with the Space Shuttle program as a test engineer for Rockwell International upon graduating from college. After a year with the program, she accepted a position to work as a flight test engineer at The Boeing Company, where she then dedicated 32 years of service.
The majority of Cynthia’s work with Boeing was conducted at Edwards Air Force Base in California and in the Puget Sound in Washington. Specifically, she spent the last eight years of her tenure at Boeing as a systems engineer.
During her career, she was an active member of The Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA), a professional aerospace labor union representing 24,100 engineers, technical workers, and other aerospace professionals. In 2000, she became a union representative and soon after joined the union’s medical benefits committee. Specializing in benefits, she served on the SPEEA Contract Negotiations Teams in 2002, 2005, and 2008. In addition to remaining active on committees and resolving benefits issues, Cynthia served as the President of SPEEA for two consecutive terms between the years 2006 and 2010. Additionally, she served as a Vice President in the International Federation of Professional & Technical Engineers (IFPTE) during this time.
Cynthia is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education Teachers Credential. She also holds an MBA in Technology and Engineering Management.
Gavin Hale
Executive Consultant, for Med-Vision, LLC.
From movies to Med-Vision, Gavin Hale is an exciting addition to the Med-Vision team of forward-thinking experts.
Gavin Hale joined Med-Vision in 2010 as an Executive Consultant. Gavin is focused on serving the needs self-funded employers. He conducts tireless research and regularly communicates with current and future clients to ensure Med-Vision's array of services remain on the leading edge.
As an executive consultant, Gavin works with Med-Vision's team to implement strategies for spreading awareness of Med-Vision's data-driven solutions, health plan risk management services, and customized wellness strategies. He is articulate in explaining how these services translate into improved quality of employee care and optimal productivity for employer groups.
Prior to joining Med-Vision, Gavin provided business development strategies for several large organizations. In addition to his corporate experience, Gavin's resume includes major movie roles between 1997 and 2010. He served as a body double for Liam Neeson in "The Other Man" and "The Haunting." Among his other credits: Star Wars the "Phantom Menace," Harry Potter "The Deathly Hallows," as well as "Band of Brothers," directed Tom Hanks. All films were made in Gavin's native country of Great Britain. Most recently, Gavin has worked on the "Sherlock Holmes" sequel.
Gavin earned a National Diploma in Sports Science and Management, and he went on to the University of Hertfordshire England to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture.
Regina Novak
Health Educator, for Med-Vision, LLC.
Regina Novak joined Med-Vision in 2009 to provide health education, health promotion, and customized wellness programs for clients.
As Health Educator, Regina coordinates client health fairs and delivers credible and up-to-date health education material through informative "School of Wellness" articles, site-specific reports, evidenced based presentations, and wellness newsletters.
A proud mother to a baby boy, Regina is also co-director of Med-Vision's Healthy Pregnancy program and the creator of the "Med-Vision for Mommies" monthly article series, offering health and wellness advice associated with pregnancy and parenting.
Regina is an advocate for empowered healthcare consumerism and preventive measures to promote overall health and wellness. She works with clients to educate employees about how they can optimize their health through positive lifestyle changes.
Prior to joining Med-Vision, Regina earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Florida, which included an internship at Tampa General Hospital where she worked with the Employee Wellness program to implement an employee health fair.
Regina obtained a Masters' of Public Health degree with a concentration in Health Education from the University of South Florida. Her graduate level internship included work in the marketing and outreach department at All Children's Hospital, where she also co-wrote a grant to provide nutrition education to lower income children.
