With more than 20 years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry, Dan Ross has solved many problems for clients related to benefits design, optimization of benefit plans, and organizational strategies that save employers time and money. Dan’s Med-Vision role allows him to help employers organize, integrate and centralize data intelligence to build comprehensive measurements for health and financial outcomes. Med-Vision provides plan specific, actionable, health plan data utilizing predictive risk modeling, quality gap compliance, and corresponding wellness strategies. Dan’s career includes consulting for Hilb Rogal & Hobbs (HRH) and sales and management roles for CIGNA Group Insurance.
Dan is a graduate of Kentucky Military Institute and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators.

Connie Gee, MBA
Vice President of Med-Vision, LLC.
Connie Gee provides strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of effective and efficient worksite wellness programs. Connie supports employers in data analysis, program design, launch of wellness initiatives, and vendor auditing. Connie has 20 years of experience in the wellness industry with 11 years of start-up and development of worksite wellness initiatives and health promotion programs at a major level one trauma hospital. Connie’s career also includes wellness administration for Johnson and Johnson Medical, Inc., and wellness consulting for a global insurance brokerage/consulting firm.
Connie has an MBA from the University of Tampa with a concentration in management and effective workforce utilization. She also has a certification in Human Resource Management and graduate level courses in Wellness Management from the University of South Florida. Throughout her wellness career she has held numerous certifications, including wellness coaching, and has been a preceptor for university exercise science students. Connie has served in numerous health and wellness organizations and has appeared in newspapers and on television as a presenter and educator.

Jeffrey A. Gasser

Jeffrey A. Gasser, president of Gasser Consulting, is a nationally recognized healthcare expert serving as a principal and equity owner of Med-Vision, LLC. Jeffrey’s keen knowledge of healthcare analytics, coupled with his expertise in the healthcare provider’s world, brings nationally unique value to Med-Vision’s client concerns of healthcare cost and quality.
A graduate of the University of Tampa, Jeffrey began his career as a certified public accountant working primarily with healthcare clients. He proceeded to build over 30 years of diversified experience in all facets of healthcare and health benefits. As a healthcare analytics expert, he has been a co-founder of several companies in the healthcare industry and has served as a senior advisor to many others. His meticulous analysis of healthcare claims information has resulted in millions of dollars in employer savings.
With involvement in businesses ranging from home healthcare, to pediatric alternate site services to dialysis, Jeffrey recently co-founded D2Hawkeye, Inc., a healthcare analytics firm based in Waltham, Mass. He currently serves as a strategic advisor to the Oncology Management Services division of Biologics, Inc., which is based in Raleigh, N.C. Jeffrey also serves as a senior managed care advisor to PivotHealth, LLC, a physician consulting business in Brentwood, Tenn., and he is a senior advisor to Medicare Advantage Review Associates in Boston, Mass. Rudra Pandey, Ph.D.

Rudra Pandey, Ph.D. serves as a technology advisor for Med-Vision, LLC. As president of Deerwalk, a software development firm, Rudra leads an executive team and provides close supervision to the operation and technology team of the company.
Prior to joining Deerwalk, Rudra was Chief Operating Officer of Verisk Health and was leading operations, research, and development activities while providing leadership to its offshore development center with about 300 software engineers. Rudra joined Verisk Health following the acquisition of D2Hawkeye by Verisk Analytics. Rudra was founder and Chief Technology Officer of D2Hawkeye, which provided data analytics and decision-support tools to the healthcare industry.
Early in his career, he worked as a business systems engineer and a database architect. He has extensive consulting experience, having worked for several prestigious financial institutions and large healthcare organizations. At Bank of America (formerly Fleet Bank), he played an integral leadership role in a major business systems reengineering initiative, which was a vital component in the bank’s successful and strategic acquisitions.
